In addition to Kubikenborgs IF, 32 other teams played in Pojkar 13 - 9-manna. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kubikenborgs IF could be found in Group E together with BIK SK, Delsbo IF and Spöland/Vännäs IF.
Kubikenborgs IF made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group E. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ope IF 2, which they won with 2-0. Thereby Kubikenborgs IF won the entire Slutspel in Pojkar 13 - 9-manna during Mid Nordic Cup & Festival 2018. Kubikenborgs IF also participated in Pojkar 12 during Mid Nordic Cup & Festival 2017.
