In addition to GIF Sundsvall, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 13 - 9-manna. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof GIF Sundsvall could be found in Group A together with Sidsjö-Böle IF, Slätta SK and HH64.
GIF Sundsvall made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Kubikenborgs IF, which they won with 5-0. Thereby GIF Sundsvall won the entire Slutspel in Pojkar 13 - 9-manna during Mid Nordic Cup & Festival 2019.
