Mid Nordic Cup & Fotbollsfestival är inte återbetalningsansvarig och är inte heller ansvarig för ekonomisk förlust eller skada som kan uppstå på grund av händelser som ligger utanför Mid Nordic Cup & Fotbollsfestivals kontroll, exempelvis krigsliknande händelse, naturkatastrofer, eldsvåda, översvämning, avbrott i allmänna kommunikationer, myndighetsåtgärd, strejk eller andra force majeure-händelser.

För hotellboende är det 1 900 kr per deltagare boende i flerbäddsrum, 2 450 kr per deltagare boende i enkelrum. Måltider ingår lunch fredag, lördag och söndag och middag fredag och lördag som serveras på skola vid spelområdet, frukost serveras på hotellet.

Deltagaravgiften skall betalas på fakturan ni erhåller omkring 1 maj 2025 och betalas senast 31 maj 2025.
